Per il semifreddo abbiamo voluto utilizzare un prodotto 100% italiano e biologico a base di riso @vitarizofficial. Una crema di riso che permette di sostituire i prodotti tradizionali donando la medesima consistenza ed una neutralità di sapore molto versatile.

Il cappuccino è una delle invenzioni più strao Il cappuccino è una delle invenzioni più straordinarie al mondo. Un rito cremoso e setoso da arricchire con una spolverata di cannella o cacao. Un vero simbolo italiano la cui qualità dipende dal caffè ma soprattutto dal latte. 

Pensando a chi ha adottato un’alimentazione vegana ed a chi soffre di intolleranze o allergie, @alinor_spa ha realizzato un latte speciale. L’oat drink ideale per ottenere una schiuma professionale per un cappuccino denso e cremoso e dal sapore dolce e delicato.
