Matthew Kenney is a Raw Vegan Chef and he is a Star. From a traditional formula he converted into a plant-based one and he has been able to generate a lifestyle company: the Matthew Kenney Cuisine.

Nominated Food and Wine Magazine’s 1994 Best New Chef, today he also owns the Matthew Kenney Culinary Accademy: intimate classes and personalized instruction.

He recently asserted that “Veganism is more than a trend” and that even if you are Vegan “you don’t have to give up with pleasure“.

There would be much more to say about him but his astonishing creations speaks more about how talented he is and how prosperous can a “minimally processed plant-based Cuisine” be.
