He opened his Millennium Restaurant in the far 1984 in San Francisco when the Vegan wave was still sleeping and not even ready to show up. Graduated at the The Natural Gourmet Cookery School in NYC this talented and audacious Chef after 2o years in San Francisco moved The Millennium to Oakland in a quiter location.
His clientele today is half strict vegans and half avid foodies looking for new dining experience. His cuisine, as per his definition, is ‘globally influenced plant based‘ with a solid view on sustainable and organic ingredients.
