Amo i libri e ne ho una vasta collezione. Ma pochi mi emozionano come quelli di cucina. Soprattutto se realizzati da grandi Chef con una visione inconfondibile oppure da foodies esperti. Da essi si può trarre una grandissima ispirazione e sono felice di condividere con voi i miei libri preferiti di cucina vegan. Non semplici libri di ricette vegan ma quelli che rendono speciale una biblioteca, da sfogliare in ogni momento.
