A new year has started and I thought about something that could be fun. We all need something cheerful right now. So here you are a wonderful creation realized by the talented Brazilian model Bruna Emer, founder of Benaturaw. I am totally fond with her style. So clean and tasteful.
That’s why I have selected her ‘The star of the plate’ which is ‘Balsamic-Glazed baby beetroots stuffed with herbed macadamia chèvre and elderflower syrup’.
I have paired it with a floral and fragrant prosecco: Della Vite. An award-winning prosecco created by the Delevingne sisters. Made in a sustainable winery using 100% vegan processes.
