The more I travel the more I realize how important The more I travel the more I realize how important my job is. I always take it very easy as, having worked in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years, I never stress or make it difficult for the staff wherever I am. But I can still feel the confusion and the ‘panic’ when you say you are vegan. The sector continues not to be prepared. That’s why I am so proud of @veganset and of the important work we do making the Hotels more accessible to vegan, vegetarian and flexitarian guests. #hospitality #luxury #hotels #vegan

I tasted so many delicious things realized by your team in collaboration with @plant_clubuk @_antonioalderuccio_ . It was all beyond delicious. I loved the oyster leaf with lemon dew (made with lemons from Siracusa - Sicily🍋), the ‘burrella’ dish, the spectacular focaccia breads, the beetroot tartare and everything!!! Tonight and tomorrow night Linfa will keep celebrating with two amazing dinners. One in a lifetime occasions to taste spectacular vegan food 🍃🇮🇹🇬🇧

The wines are listened to and respected, nourished with the energy, the light and the life force of biodynamics so that they can express their full personality, without modification of any kind, in accordance with the unique energy of each vintage. After at least nine months ageing in barrel, the wines enjoy an extended period of ageing deep in the cellars. With little or no dosage they reveal themselves without artifice and with a purity that gives consumers an experience like no other. Leclerc Briant wines are certified vegan by the @theoriginalvegansociety 🍇🍃

As a Champagne and history lover I really enjoyed this special moment. The Comtes de Champagne Residence is one of the last remaining examples of medieval architecture in Reims and a living reminder of the flamboyant dynasty that reigned over Champagne between 956 and 1284. A dynasty that not only promoted the countship's economic growth through Champagne fairs, veritable centres of trade in Europe, but also strengthened the political influence of the Champagne region through its support of religious and knightly orders as well as the first crusades. A unique historical and architectural site, The Demeure des Comes de Champagne formed a unique and integrated whole in the Middle Ages alongside the 'Maison des Musiciens", whose six statues of musicians in the alcoves of its façade are considered among the finest examples of secular art in medieval Europe. #veganchampagne #champagne🍾 #taittinger #veganset
